We have hand sanitizer stations by each door entrance & mask is available at the front desk if you wish to wear one inside of the gym facility.
We ask of you to call ahead & ask what you may need before stepping foot onto the mat for class. Each class is different. If you like to try out Kickboxing & Muay Thai, you would need 16oz boxing gloves and shin guards. If you do not have those items available, we do have loaners you can use during class.
